Registering an intercity account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the Register in the top-right corner, fill in the form with your username, email address, phone number, and preferred password. Verify your email via the link we send you, and your account will be instantly active. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

No. Each user is only allowed to hold one account only. Owning multiple accounts violates intercity's Terms and Conditions and may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery function or contact our support team.

Log in to your account and go to Profile Settings and update the required information such as your email address, phone number, or banking details. Some changes may require identity verification (KYC) via official documents. The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

To complete KYC verification, you will need to submit:
